Thanks. Yes it does need a background. Too many wires. But now that I am done "playing" in the water I will clean it real good then put something up.

thanks for looking and Happy Easter Everyone!!

My wife cannot remeber the name but I will get it for you. It is in the industrial park behind the new Lowes on Hillsborough. Very hard to find. Only sign was a fish painted on the windows. I will get you the name so you can look them up.

Well the brown algea is back. Came back 2 days after adding the rock. No problem though the snails are doing their job and earning their keep. Looks as if all the deaths from the changeover have stopped. Lost in the move. 8-10 red legs, 1 peppermint shrimp, 1 cleaner shrimp. Missing in action 1 emerald crab (not seen since the move) everyone else seem to be doing fine.

The small amount of corals I have seem to love the new light set up. all are open and showing there colors.

starting to get warm in Fl and tank temp was getting me a little nervous 79-80
The chiller I have is way to small for this tank. I put a box fan on the top of the canopy on the left side (I have 2 openings on the top) and on medium keeps the tank at 76. Very happy about that. Really did not want to buy a chiller right now.

Did my first tank maint. the other night and it went well. Easier then the 55. 25 gallon water change, replaced the socks in the pump and cleaned the front glass. All done in 30 minutes. Most of the time was spent draining water and pumping water back in.

So far So good. Thanks for looking

No upgrades planned in the near future.180 is about as big as I can go. No room to go any bigger...... unless I put another room on the house. All kidding aside this will be plenty of tank for me. I have plenty of room in the tank to fill.

Thanks Stoney. I am happy with the results so far. I actually saw my emerald crab for the first time since the move this morning. He is doing fine. My serpant star however looks like he got an a$$ woopin. 2 of his tenticles are much shorter then the others. A lot shorter. And before anybody asks no he did not get them pinched off while i was doing the rock work. He was fine 4-5 days ago. Not sure what happened. Going to get up in the middle of the night over the weekend with a flashlight to make sure i have no bad hitch hikers from the new rock.

    thanks for looking

    Tony

Before you dispose of anything, I've been wanting a mantis or other aggressive invert tank incase you run across something.
