Did not get to do as much as I wanted today. It was raining. I was able to get the first coat of the texture on the canopy. I am going to do it in a sand stone, I also had to rebuild 2 of the canopy doors because of soft wood damage. Tomorrow I start on the base. It is not supposed to rain so I should be able to get alot done.

    Thanks for looking.

It is hard to get a picture that shows the colr and the texture. I will keep trying

It is a 1962 Bugatti go cart. Another one of my projects. It has a 4.5 horsepower engine. The headlights, tail lights, brake lights and blinkers all work. It has 2 forward speeds and reverse (top speed is about 30mph). It is my six year olds "car". It also has a rack and pinion steering system (I made some mods to an old rack and pinion) with a king pin set up. It also has 4 wheel independent suspension (for the most part). The speedometer is in kilometers. Most of the writing on the tags is in Italian. The fuel guage, speedometer, Voltage meter and oil pressure guage all light up when the headlights are turned on. The interior is all done in red leather with 2 storage pouches in the "doors" Somebody gave it to me for helping them move a fishtank. It did not run when we got it but I rebuilt the motor, trans (pulley and belt set up) and carb and now it runs great. I had to manufacture most of the needed parts myself. My oldest son and I spend a weekend a month helping people move tanks when we can. It is hard work but we do it when we can. We get some of our leasds from a LFS. We even help people move new tanks that are purchased from the store. This way he has money to buy a car in a year when he gets his license. We have 2 other go carts as well. One is a replica Nascar. It is way cool. 12.5 horses and can burn the tires off if you floor it.

Thanks for asking I am pretty proud of that little car.

you had me at 400 watts of MH lighting Tony
that combined with the balance of the lighting you have in there
means your good for any light loving creatures including clams IMO
