Mainly just clean it up and check for leaks. Will do it outside. Going to be tuff cleaning down inside the "tubes" of the overflow portions but I will do my best. Also going to clean the sump real good so it will be ready to go. Also going to pick up 2 megaflow overflow kits so they will be ready to go. Will post pics of the stand and canopy later. They have the second coat of Coating and are drying. Got the first coat on the doors to the base and the doors to the canopy. Well sitting here on the computer is not getting the tank clean just taking a little break. Still trying to figure out how I am going to design the sump.

Got the stand and canopy done with the second coat of coating. Also cleared both. Tomorrow just need to finish painting the iside and they are done. Well except for putting lights back in the canopy and wiring. Cleaned the tank. Ended up removing the walls for the overflow. They were nasty. Actually had to split them apart to get the gunk out of the center. Pics below show before and after.

I want to replace the walls but cannot find anything online. If anyone knows of a site to check please let me know. Hopefully next weekend I can put the stand in the house (still coating the doors) and put the tank on it and start the plumbing. Enjoy the pics and thanks for looking

Ya those over floes were very dirty glad u took them out to clean them...the stand and the top part look nice...like the texture idea too..Only part i would be concerned about is rubbing up against it that stuff will sometimes break off iv got it on my bedroom walls takes the paint off and every thing..Also dont rub the vacuum up against it cause that will scratch it and also the paint will rub on the vacuum..so just a few things to remember...other than that have fun wiring the stuff back up..

2 coats of acrylic clear coat will stop that. Doing the second coats now. The stuff drys real fast and will help to "hold" it all together. Makes the coating feel smoother but you can still se the texture. Putting extra where the stuff might go in the tank to prevent problems. So far I am happy with how it looks.
