I have read to calibrate with the 1380 package and I have also seen 900 calibration test packets. Would calibrating a TDS tester be more accurate with the lower TDS packet? I would think that calibrating with a 1380 packet would make the +/- that much more off when swinging down to the 0 scale?

Also, which tester is a good one to get? I have searched but not really found a concensous of one that is accurate enough.

    Thanks.

1380. The wider the range, the better (or at least that's how we were taught to calibrate equipment in chemistry and physics).
