    Though come on if it hadn't happened in real life it would be funny. Imagine them tying the goldfish down to a chair and discussing what they were going to do with him since he's seen their faces. He's saying "i've got a wife and kids...just let me go i won't say a word." lol

    (Though it is disturbing the way it really happened without the talking goldfish)

    No way I'm buying this. The kid is just mocking the police when he says he didn't want any witnesses. What he really wanted to do was pour that stuff in and watch the fish die.

    yeah... I'm thinking the kid is just mean but knew it was wrong so is making "excuses"... as if it makes things less terrible.

    I personally don't believe there is a such thing as animal cruelty to a goldfish (they don't rate very high on my GaS guage), but it doesn't bode well for what he might do in the future...
