Pufferchick, take your time, unplug the fixture and learn how the bulbs go in and out. The bulb has two pins that must sit vertically to insert, and once the bulb is seated, you twist the bulb 45 degrees.

The bulb will not come free until the pins are vertically situated so they'll slide out of the slot. When you get the bulb out, examine the ends and you'll see the slots, you'll look at the pins, and it will make sense to you. Just don't force anything, and take your time.

Take them out and reinsert them a few times until you're confident. This is something you should consider taking the time to teach yourself. You never know when you're going to have to change a bulb.

    Good luck. :)
