    I think you are taking a chance, usually the ballast will cost about that, but if you want to try it go for it. Just remember you get what you pay for.

    The part that made me laugh was the line "fan not needed or included". Yet, there is definitely a fan mount on the casing.

    ok thanks for comments im planning to get 125 some time soon so i have time not planning to set it up till this summer. what metalhalide do youthink is the best?

    actually if you read that closely, I don't believe the casing is included, just the retro fit reflector,bulb, and ballast
