Thanks for the idea and ID's. What would be a good add to the light? I already have the 20" Coralife Aqualight Deluxe Series Single Linear Strip with 96 watt 50/50 Quad bulb. I would like to add a strip or something. what about a screw in LED bulb? Like 4 blue light and 1 white? 60 optics or is this too strong?

Bump. Ideas on what to add to my light to bring out the colors in my coral? I don't want to get rid of my light, just add to it.

i think the red zoas are called like Red Heart Purple Ring Morphs,

as far as lighting, the more blue you have in your tank the more color you will have that pops..i run a 20k halide with a blue+ actinic t5 and a fiji purple t5 actinic..
i would just upgrade the lighting you have to something like this..depending on the wallet limits..this would make your tank look amazing..No BS either, this would look awesome over a small tank that would make the colors jump in your face..

if your wallet lets you i would run this, they are the best as far as these kinds of bulbs..

It's funny you say, I just had my girlfriend buy these for her tank (also a ten gallon). I have been thinking about just adding to the current light, but if you think it would be better and maybe even cheaper just to upgrade. I may do that then. Ok, my question now. How many would you put on a ten gallon? I was thinking two.

    More Pics ;D

I'll start off with a FTS, nothing too exciting. No real changes, I am going to go with joes juice or aipastia X now. I can't take the stupid aipastia anymore, my little nudibranch guys are MIA. I am betting the pistol.

You can see what I call the "burrow creep" in the background. The Lawnmower sits there and watches the entrance. :smoking:

Thanks! No, they couldn't have starved. They are the Aipastia eating nudibranches.
