    any one know the style of lighting with the pins in a square are called I apologize if the question is not clear the bulb is in a odyssea 260w 48" light fixture I am currently tryin to look for replacement bulbs and would like to know what the style is called

    Type of Bulb: Straight Pin CF
    It seems as though these bulbs are sold mainly on e-bay try contacting the person with this e store- maybe they can give you a specific bulb

    You have straight pins and square pins so if yours are square than they are square pins. I agree with bouraganes, check ebay you'll get them allot cheaper.

    also does anyone elses lighting start out a little dim in the middle then as it warms up comes on all the way

    Dont think i've noticed that with my bulbs. Im running a coralife 2x65watts PC setup.
