    I will be needing to order test kits for my tank and need to know what ones are necessary, I know the basic Marine Test Kit tests for PH, AMMONIA, NITRITE AND NITRATE, what else will I need to test for in a reef aquarium, I would like to order them soon so I can start testing my water parameters as soon as I set my tank up which looks like might take place in a couple of weeks.
    I just have to take down my 29 gallon freshwater tank to make room for the 75 gallon reef tank and get a few more things for it, Test kits included

    CA. MG, dKH, and PO4. I like the API reef kit, then supplement with either red sea or slifert for mg

    I would recommend the same thing... only you may find the PO4 rather hard to read... I plan on swapping this out for something other than API.
