Testing out my New Xmas Present Nikon D3100

I already love this camera and I really don't even know how to use it. I fooled around a little and took some pics of my tank.

 

I know nothing about photagraphy,but they look great to me,nice shots and corals.

 

Those look like good pics. Did you use any filters?

 

not that I am aware of

 

I use two on my wife's camera. A UV filter and a Polarized filter of some sort. I'm sure it is necessary with my new light though.

 

I like the frogspawn and firefish pics. Try not to use the flash.

I use the Nikon D90 for aquarium pics, Nikon DSLR for the win!

 

Same camera that i have i love my nikon im grabbing a external flash and macro lens

 

I wish I can squeeze some out for a micro lens...

 

I use my wife's Nikon D5000. She was talking about getting me a D90 though the other night.

 

I'm thinking about getting a macro lens whats a filter run? Also thanks for the tips anymore out there?
