No, they didnt. She had thrown up i believe 5-6 times before i brought her in. Idk this dog is a tropper, she also ate 6 benadryll about 4 months ago and threw up all day but was fine....idk but ur work is right i have been VERY lucky so far. My vet said if she didnt weigh as much as she did and if she wasnt basically 100% muscle she would be dead.

dang what a trouble maker. We had a client bring in his 6 month old German Shepard puppy who had eaten a box of macadamian and chocolate chip cookies which is toxic to dogs. So he rushed her over to us, then they put some medicine by her tear ducts*sp* which makes them throw up so the the technicians had to go through her vomit to make sure everything came out, sure made her vomit a lot. Glad i didn't have to go through that.

Your vet probably didn't force her to vomit because she was already doing it on her own, probably a good sign that it was coming out on it's own.

    Egg shells are nothing...

My beagle ate a shaver razor blades and all. My sister-in-law's rat/fox terrier mix ate an entire bag of rolos (plastic bag, chocolate and tin foil)

Small dogs can be pretty bullet-proof too... annoying but bullet-proof. ;D
