Ok, I just read up a little bit on sixline wrasses. It seems like it is really hit or miss with aggression issues. I probably wouldn't risk it either. I don't know anything about flatworm exit though. Good luck.

Looks like flatworm exit can be safe in a reef tank if used right. I guess it is the body juice form the flatworms that causes the issues. I'm sure you already know all of this though lol.

yeah it seems that the strategy for success is to siphon as many outt as you can over a week long period before treating to limit the amount of toxin released...that is where I have been hesitating. I just am scared to commit to the treatment.

pretty excited, I am on my way to increasing the overall stability of my tank. Just got a JBJ ATO with aqualifter, no more manual topoffs for me woohoo!

I added a jbj ATO unit for the set-up, a little more stability will help with the sps.

Speaking of sps, I kinda went a little crazy over the last couple weeks and added a bunch of 5 dollar sps frags from the local LFS. I added a birdsnest, a green monti cap, a green accro of some kind, a staghorn of some kind. If anyone can give me definitive ID's that would be great!

I have a feeling I am going to have to start dosing lol.

I just did a 3 gallon water change and I will monitor the Ca levels all week to determine if/how much to dose. I couldn't leave well enough alone apparently and I just had to make things more complicated! Time to stop adding corals and just let things grow and fill in.

    Here are some pics:
