The people at the call center for foster and smith if I remember right......:

Dog/Cat/Small Animals/Aquatic Supplies - Call center in the main office for DFS in rhinelander.

Liveaquaria/Divers Den - The divers den staff. (even though Liveaquarias stuff ships out of Cali... Though some does ship out of Wisconsin.

I have ordered from FS aquatics several times. Some good experiences, one bad.

-koralia nano powerheaads...great product, shippped very well, packed well, no complaints
    -Kent NO3 & PO4 remover media...no complaints.
-"Skilter" hob filter/skimmer...shipped alright, no broken pieces. Started to leak(O ring installed properly) about 1 week after arrival. Skimmer never worked. They would not refund my money or give store credit.

I have never had a bad experience from Foster & Smith. I've ordered dry goods, live items and frozen foods from them. I've had some problems along the way, as with anything in life, but they've always come through on customer service for me. I've bought from them no less than a hundred times, I'm sure.

Liveaquaria items - shipped from cali.
Diver's Den items -shipped from Wisconsin.

I had the pump installed correctly, via instruction manual. I think the air line was set about half way, O ring installed on pump/filter connection...the skimmer never worked for me and product leaked between pump and filter body connection.

I now have a Coralife 125 Super Skimmer which I got from one of the LFS in Columbus, OH.
