Stand does look sharp. I like to see some wood grain personally but it really depends on how it fits into the room.

    Pumps

    Good: Danner Mag-Drive
Better: Sicce Syncra Silent, Eheim Compact+ 2000
    Best: Eheim 1260

I did a ton of research on pumps for my setup since I had built a manifold and in the end I ended up getting a Deep Blue Triton. Got at my LFS for a great deal. They use two for the returns on their main DT tank and really like em. I figured what the heck, I couldn't find any reviews at the time.
Mine is dead silent and is throttled back significantly.
Was going to get a Sicce Syncra but figured I'd try the Triton.
Very happy so far, and 1/2 the price of the Sicce; only been running a few months tho...

Thanks, you can see the grain very well in person but in this picture it seems like the stand is so seamless :p

Thanks I will look into the DeepBlueTriton pump. They are cheaper. +1
Keep in touch with your pump progress.I'm interested in the outcome.

Nice looking set up ya got here N00ze. Judging by your handy work with the tank, I'm excited to see what you do with it once its stocked! I actually just put together a 2nd 40 breeder almost exactly like yours I'm using for a frag tank. Except I have a metal halide above, no vortechs, and only a phos reactor. Keep the pics coming though!

I'll make sure to keep the pictures coming as the packages keep come in and when the moving day happens.
