    Just got that rock from a local guy for $40. It has 8 polyps. I am stoked, been in the tank for 3 days and they just keep swelling.

    It doesn't seem there is any other guys with saltwater tanks in this town, I swear! But when I was at the LFS the other day, it was packed!!!

    You got one too. Dude, you put that much carbon on there???? They told me on my 90gal, plus my added plumbing through the basement and 40gal sump to use 1 cup every 2 weeks. LOL.

    I use 3/4 cup on a 112 gallon system.

    Why didnt you guys tell me before..

    So the carbon particles would be tumbling around in the canister? I tried to find a direction, but I couldnt find it.

    No they shouldn't tumble, dial back the flow.

    So... is your carbon stuffed together with the sponge or kind of loose but not tumble inside of the canister???
