Is that a BRS reactor? I got some serious space issues right now and I'm exploring Two little fishes, BRS and others...I hear the TLF reactors have issues, but the BRS "double" looks bulky....what to do what to do

I have a single BRS, and a TLF 550 and they both work great. The BRS is nice to have mounted to the inside of the stand. Doesnt take up too much room.

Go with the BRS reactor. Much better built. I have the Deluxe version with a Maxijet 1200 I just got a week ago. My tank looks amazing and algae on the glass has been reduced by a lot!

    I'm thinking 2-3 Reactors....
Carbon for sure, but reactor #2: pellets or GFO or both (3 total)...
...seems a few folks run both pellets and GFO...I'd be interested if that works!!!

...maybe I'll spend the $60 for BRS reactor AND get a TLF for the 3rd

Someone (scott26, probably) was saying that it's better to have two singles instead of dual reactor because it's easier to take control the flow individually when you have to. But you have little space under the cabinet, it might not be your case..
