Shame that all my 2-3 year old mini colony pieces perished before I could share here. Have a bunch of frags, with more on the way.

Just on, your dragon queen looks like an Acropora walindii.

Thanks for the ID, Kevin. I appreciate it.

General question, how long should I wait before moving my new acros frags up in the tank? They are all on the sand bed now, but my goal is to have them at mid-to-high positions in the tank. Do millepora like the same conditions as acros?

Couple weeks to a month is probably fine, to be honest. If it came from say, LED and went to LED, then I don't imagine too much light shock taking place.

The millepora is a species of Acropora. It loves light and absolutely loves flow.

This piece is going to be stunning, not the best images, I had to have it. It went up on DD under aquaculture and I snapped it up. Red Granulosa, I will get a better images.

I still love my A. Sarmentosa the best though.

I think it came from A5s and is under LEDs now. My guess is that light shock isn't going to be a problem.

I'd just say be gradual. Generally, light loving species and maricultured pieces can be put in the upper half without a problem.

I've found its more important to get them into high flow then it is light acclimating, especially with wild cuts and maricultures.

Coralline, I'm requesting pics of the spaths

Thanks, VA. I could be wrong but I think all my new acros are aquacultured?

Ok Va, I will provide those tomorrow, I am getting ready for work. There is a Spath right behind the Sarmentosa in image two though. :) I have a nice pink one up top that I will get some images of tomorrow. :)

Thanks :) I need to get my hands on a decent spath and prostrata colony.
There's a grey zone as to how long it takes for a wild/mariculture to "become" aquacultured. All coral started as a wild/mariculture at some point.
