    Out with the bio-balls, in with the refugium! ive got 10lbs of sand, and i bought some KoraLagoon substrat, has anyone have any experience with this?? its main purpose is to leach trace elements? pictures will come in a few minutes! im going to go and have some lunch and the project begins!

    Took a whole 5 mins to do, i had an old desk lamp laying around, so i just put a spiral bulb in and that was my light, here is a picture of what ive got! Tanks a little cloudy, skimmer should take care of that in no time!

    its my Nitrate-lock, and my phosphate-lock and on the back of my sump i have my media reactor with some more in it :p

    looks real good! your reef with thank you in the long run. ive heard good things about KoraLagoon substrat. good luck!
