    So, what do you folks baste your birds with seeing as you can't buy a baster at the store.

    Sounds like an excellent import/export opportunity to me! (Black market Turkey basters!)

    Were they able to show any hard statics as to the number of inseminations versus the number of turkeys basted? Was it an high ratio? Are there that many feminists/ that few turkeys were you live?

    I have TWO, and I am not above the morally reprehensible act of mailing you a brand new baster from a reputable supermarket located here in the States.

    Like Mattgezer, I regularly use one to blow crud off the rocks so that the filter can, uhhh... filter it.

    I do use a baster sometimes but for the most part I use the Kent feeder prong to target feed.
