Subscribed. This looks like a great project. What size is the greenhouse? How did the assembly go?

I started with a harbor freight kit and realized from the start it wasn't going to be near enough power to run a tank like normal.:( I will be looking outside the box to pull this off, it will be ran all off 12 volt pumps.

The greenhouse is 10 by 12... other then the instructions weren't very good i put it all up in a few days by my self.

OK here are a few more pictures and a little more on whats going on.

the power plant is back up and running.;D the truth is i already use some of the 12 volt power from it on my back porch and plan on expanding that. to in the house as well as the greenhouse for the tank I'm setting up in there. i already have the wire for that and other parts on order to finish up the hook up.

the charge control panel and power inverter(i don't really use the inverter for much other than emergence power for a few power heads)
Battery boxes room for 6 total
    [IMG]
and my mix of solar panels (soon to add more)

the hold up on the tank move to the greenhouse,
i was waiting on funds for the materials to finish the floor in the green house :(
good news just today i came across some free materials to finish this off. ;D

You got to love free 8)

Next month hope the tank is moved and im playing with the first of sevral 12 volt pumps, first with some fresh water till i get my plumbing and tank temps worked out .

    small update

added fresh water to the tank to get some starting water temps. to see what ill have to over come to run this set up in a working greenhouse...without a conventional chiller.

yes there are plants on one side and a fish tank on the other.

wow any one for boiled crab.....lol
this is without any water circulation or a shade cloth on the roof. mid to upper 90.s out side and about 110 in the green house.

i think a good place to start is with a shade cloth on the south facing roof... ;)
