    I just picked up this Acanthastrea lordhowensis today at my LFS along with an ORA Sprung's stunner chalice and ORA orange capricornis

    nice grab... are they red and blue or red and grey?.....I think acans are my FAVORITE coral. When they get acclimated, make sure you target feed them meaty foods. I would recommend feeding mysis shrimp and let them fatten up a bit. I would then gradually introduce pieces of krill. Before I had my tank accident all my acan heads were taking whole sized krill in almost every polyp. They got really fat and grew FAST!

    Plus 1. I feed my acans mysis and they are multiplying like crazy. The colors are very strong as well
