The Optima Vision is an awesome 4 stage RODI filter system and is virtually plug and play. After you hook it up you simply turn the cold water supply on and produce your top off water.When you are done you turn off the cold water. The automated system comes with an automatic shut of system and all plastic float valve so when the system is done topping off it will close down production of water until the float valve drops to an open position and starts the system producing water again.

Rodi filter systems

Guy's we have been manufacturing our systems for over 14 years now and we only use NSF certified and quality tested Pentek sediment filters and KX (made in the U.S.A) and Hydronix carbon block filters all rated for at least 6,000 gallons manufactured and tested against the worst conditions.We use a 0.5 Micron NSF Carbon filter for most of our higher production systems rated to last 20,000 gallons.Dow Filmtec membranes are the water quality industry standard and have been since reverse osmosis began! They have even higher testing standards than KX and are mandated by federal law and under constant scrutiny by the FDA to keep there standards above the rest! Earlier this year we started preflushing are membranes to make it easier for our customers to set up their systems. We send out an email to everyone that orders a system now and ask them if they want this done. I purchase Calgon Carbon in Lignite, Catalytic and Coconut shell GAC by the ton and only purchase the best. I do not know why anyone would presume any company in the industry purchases any better quality Filter or media than we do because this is absolutly false! As far as our resin quality is we purchase DI resin in huge bulk amounts and it is produced to order and ships a day after it is processed and tested from Resintech corporation. The best manufacturer of resins in my estimation in the world. My housings are wet cycled tested on every run 150,000 times to 120 psi. In laymens terms 10-15% of the clear and all white filter housings out of every production run our taken aside hooked up to a cycle testing machine and the water pressure is turned on from zero to 120 PSI and off again 150,000 times to make sure they are the finest quality double o-ring housings available anywhere. We use only NSF certified 150PSI tested and water quality approved quick connect fittings, tubing, auto shut offs and we manufacture 40,000 all plastic float valves a year in our plant in Taiwan.We produce roughly 60,000 NSF certified lead free ro faucets a year for our Drinking water filter dealers and distributers among them Rainsoft Kinetico Culligan and a whole slue of independent water filter plumbing retailers throughout the U.S.A, Canada and Mexico. We private label our RODI filters for many many companies in and around the world. Finally all the brackets these drinking water and aquarium rodi filters sit on we personally manufacture and are Thick aluminum NON RUSTING brackets that are among many other reasons why are systems stand far and above the rest in quality! By the way DOW does not make a 90 GPD membrane or a 60 GPD membrane Where does Spectrapure get those I wonder? That would be a good question to ask them on their forum.
