That would be some crafty engineering there. 8)

I'd break it in 10 minutes.

    Laptops are silly.

Given the fact that flexible LCD's are really progressing, I'm super stoked at this kind of tech hitting the market. I'm a wristwatch lover, so I can't wait for an armband style of watch or mp3 player with some candy graphics

Isn't progress amazing? I watch the video, and say to myself, "I think the technology exists currently to do that all."

30 years ago, it would have been a dream, like a spoof you'd see on The Jetsons. :)

We can't even imagine what's in store just 50 years from now. It won't be too far off, that I think as a necessity; fossil fuels will be a thing of the past. NY to China in a few hours through spacecraft? How long before people will be buying tickets to stay a few days on the moon? How many years past our lifetimes before the tickets are to different galaxies? It's going to happen one day.

Sorry to hijack, Matt. Good video! :)

Heck, if they make it somewhat durable, I'm so in for it. I wouldn't buy it if it snapped like a twig though. And it'll need to compete with speed and power of other laptops.

    What can I say, I'm needy :)

If that doesn't put the final blow to the newspaper, I would be shocked!

I think the newspaper will be a novelty item before long. The internet, while not solidly reliable for information, is just more accessible. The present newspaper isn't exactly the go to source for information as it was in the 70s, 80s, and the decades preceeding. Agreed, horkn--the newspaper is certainly on its way out, IMO. I hope that's not too opinionated. Just my observation. Newspapers don't have a quarter of the sales they once enjoyed, and for whatever reason, in some instances it's not taken as seriously as it used to be. . .
