i have been looking to buy a RSM for a while now, and one day my friend decided that he didnt want to continue with the hobby anymore and gave me his RSM 130 that needed a little TLC.

and i will start off with a few pictures and so how this thing goes.

**this will be my second saltwater fish tank, i have a 14g BC that holds a pair of Ocellaris clowns

dang.. Tang police is going to bust yo'a..........ccount with messages :p

you need to get that tang out.. dude, a Naso in a 14g?? seriously?
any kind of tang needs a 75g+. thats the number 1 rule.

a 130g is not sufficient for a shark either. you need at least a 180+ to even consider a shark IMO.
considering you have a naso in there i wouldn't recommend you to get a shark yet till you do some research.
( dont take this the wrong way, just some constructive criticism)

1+ on the tang, tank is way too small. I had a 29gal & never got one until I went into my 90gal with a 40gal sump/refuge. Sorry bud.. Nice coral though.. ;)

IDK that tang looks pretty good in there... JK... I would be better to sell him to someone or back to the LFS. And a 130 would make better reef tank then shark tank IMO.

Where in cali are you ne way?

Agreed with the above posts. I don't think it's a 130 gallons tank, but a RSM130. I think it's the tank pictured with the tang in it. I think it's about 34 gallons.

nevertheless, a tang ( especially a naso) needs a tank of at least 75G.

where did you plan on putting a shark?
i ask becuase your title says "shark tank"...so i figured you were planning on doing that?
