    got two ballasts. and heatsinks that come with them are making contact. well I touched them with my hand and im gettin shocked. both ballasts heatsinks are doing it?? whats wrong here? Im wired neutral ground with a bonded panel? unless the ground isnt connected behind the socket?? guess I gotta pull it out then and make sure. any ideas?;D

    sounds like youve got a wire touching some metal that it shouldnt be
