    the tank is made by Glasscages.com, they make very nice and decently price aquariums

    heres the tank filled with water, already clouding over....for now ;)
    still waiting on a few things to come in

    tank is already at 84 degrees and have it set to go to about 93, running 2 heaters

    UPDATE: I ordered 50lbs of base rock and plan on seeding it with a small chunk of LR that i have. I also had to down grade to the 1600 gph props on my MJ1200's, the 2100 gph mods where blowing my sand all over...it looked like the movie Dune in my tank(for all you Dane Cook fans;) )

    You plan to keep your tank at 93 degrees? Are you cooking dinner or trying to keep fish alive in there? ;)

    That's really hot, most people keep in the 79-81 range I think.

    i got it up near that to help it cycle faster, i heard that raising the temp really high boosts the cycle process. as of right now its at 82 and coming down to 80

    i thought that was funny .......but i too own a tall 65g aquarium we should start a club ;D newayz tank looks good and best of luck , i will be following.

    I tested my water today after my tank has been cycling for exactly 1 week.

    Nitrites-.5
    Ammonia-.5
    Nitrates-less than 5

    woop woop
