So. Just wanna put a reminder out, and an if you didn't know. Tangs/Surgeon fish get their fun name from the scalpel at the base of their tail. They are sharp and trust me you don't want to run into them. Now I practice Hand Carrying fish. Its safer for the fish, If net gets caught in their fins or gills or spines.

Now Ive hand transfered MANY fish. However Have not tried to transfer one over 7"... Needless to say me and my double layered gloves lost!... lol.. But just a friendly reminder that Fish can be dangerous and please be careful!

    nice one!

If you haven't shed sweat, tears and blood for your tank, then you aren't reefing!

Trust me, Done all in the last 24 hours. Canister filter leaked. Almost started fire. Tubes cracked frustrated getting it going. Had to get a new Hydor to replace the fried one. Fist cut me! I think we are good right?

Electrical tape. You know some people think electrical tape is used to mark wires and insulate...those people are not electricians. It is a black band-aid, more sleek and stylish than the "flesh colored" ones. Plus, I'm Irish and can't tan(only burn), so it is not flesh colored for me! Black gives you style!

I use either, superglue, duct tape, or band-aide waterproof adhesive tape depending on the injury and my activities for the day.

Imagine if you did not have the gloves on.
