The Swine Flu

Well crud...

 

Actually, it's people my age. It seems to be targeting the 20-30 crowd for the more severe cases. That's part of what makes it unique and dangerous.

 

My best friend was hospitalized today due to developing pneumonia on top of the swine flu. So here's my PSA: please don't leave your house if you're sick, and stay home until your fever and/or symptoms are gone for at least 24 hours. Two days is even better! It is our responsibility to do what's right to help keep others healthy.

Wow, sorry to hear that a few of you are also sick.
Glad I'm not the only one. Only at least you guys know what you have. Unfortunately I have been to a bunch of different Drs and hospitals in the past 7 months and they still can't figure it out.

 

So i went to the Doctor yesterday. I've had swine flu for the past ten days. This stinks...

 

i know its no joking matter and i hope you get better soon kashoub. but i hope you washed your hands before typing, i dont want to catch anything off of you.

 

Well thank you. And yes i did you kidding me?! I've been showering in hand sanitizer for the past week! lol

Get well soon you pigs. Being sick is no fun Especially being sick with a "national pandemic". Or is it epidemic? Or better yet, who cares?

 

While hand washing is a good habit to get into to prevent other illnesses, it won't do much to protect you from swine flu as it's an airborn virus.

It's times like this that I'm so glad that my son isn't in daycare. Those places are practically incubators for germs.

We just got back from disney world and my sister just went to a clinic and was diagnosed. I have the same thing. It sucks.
