You know i just realized this but this hobby that we all have can never get old and you can never be to good at it. Theres always something New that you can try to challenge your self in a new way. For example If you get tired of doing reef tanks well you can do maybe a shark tank, or an angler tank, or try to raise sea horses the possibilities are endless and thats what i love about this hobby its alwways changing. I just thought i would share this with everyone else :)

Good post and I totally agree. Amazing how I keep thinking about what I need to get next! It is a good thing that my wife keeps me under control or I would likely have 10+ tanks by now and bill collectors calling me :)

I hear that. My wife won't "allow" a big tank just yet so heres my plan...
I just keep building smaller set ups and take up a ton of useable space. I've already got the dining room full and have begun to encroach into our bedroom. Soon she'll start complaining about all the tanks in the house and I'll say "ya know if we bought one big tank and put it in the living room I could put all of this stuff into it and eliminate the clutter."
It's a no fail scenario because she'll think she's won by getting rid of all the small tanks. ;)

I'm a year into this plan and its working out great. Last weekend I was told that I could have a pond in back if I get rid of one of the tanks.
