I love it. I am the Seahawks. I created a new player (QB) and made the dude a stud and a half. He rushed for 162 yards and passed for 490 on his first game. I think the score was something like 75 to 24. Pretty usual. I haven't lost a Madden game against the computer in years. I am going to increase the difficulty from average to most difficult here in a few days and probably take my first loss since '05. It will hurt.

I wonder when that happened. When we stopped going out all night when we had a chance and just stayed home and played video games. What you described is EXACTLY what I do. AND I ENJOY IT!!!!!!! I would not want to do anything else!!! Boy howdy.........

That is how I always relax I sit in front of my tv right across from my reef tank and get into some x-box games. I love to talk to friends online and play matches against other people online. I come across people from all around the world ,from all walks of life and I have even made a few friends along the way . It is nice to find some older gamers who don't just trash talk and scream curse words. Yeah, it is funny how my idea of a fun night has changed over the years. but I wouldn't trade it . By the way my X-box live ID is Modern Jim send me a friend request and we can play Madden some time.

If you think you like video games now, than the "X-box live playing online thing" is gonna blow your mind .You say you haven't lost to the computer on Madden in years try playng people online .There is no tougher challenge that trying to beat some snot nosed 12 year old from across the country who has been drinking Red Bulls and playing the game 8 hrs a day since it came out. And no sweeter victory by the way either. ::)

Now this is my kind of thread, " the mice play when the cats away ". I love to have the whole house to myself. I stroll all through the house in my birthday suit, a cigar in one hand and a mojito in the other, dancing to the 80's, stare at the tank, work on the tank and if time allows, watch some XXX cartoons..........Opps.........I think I've said to much.........:hehe:

Oh yeah......my toughest challenge in the video game arena has been my son. He was beating me at shoot 'em up bang bang games at five and six years old. I have been trying to teach him the Madden games but he is still not understanding football enough to make informed decisions. But his hand-eye coordination is superior. In a few years there will be no stopping him. I will be losing most of the time at most of the games. The only racing game I can beat him at now is Grand Turismo. And just baaarrrrrely. He is starting to get the hang of it. Kids are great. So far this weekend rocks. We are going to go out now and get coffee for me and milkshakes for the wee ones at the coffee stand. Then off to the LFS. Yay!!!!
