So today wasn't a total loss. I scored a bunch of cool stickers. :cheesy:

Here are a few pics of the overflow. Still haven't trimmed up the side... Hopefully I can manage to clean it up a bit. That side view is going to be the visible side so it's gonna have to look better than that by the time it's done.

This reminds me... Is there any benefit to gluing the street 90's in to the bulkheads? I was thinking I'd just let 'em friction fit so I could take them out if necessary.

Thats a sleek looking C2C overflow!! Thanks for the pics 8) Did you drill any holes for the returns?

I dont think it would cause any issue if you leave the elbows unglued to the bulkheads.

UM... YEAH. So that is NOT ME looking through the floor. That's our dog Rufus. Here is the reverse view:

And, for the record, it took me 3 YEARS of begging to get my husband into this hobby.

Yep, it's a 1" return split into 2 x 3/4" into the tank, locline out of the bulkhead - splits to 2 x 1/2" outputs on each side. Figured I'd use one for surface agitation and point the other at the MP40.

Im not the only one that is upgrading form a 75 to a 90 :) I bought one with a built in overflow already so wont be doing a C2C or anything. Good luck on the build.
