I had the pleasure of working with one of the fellas who run that shop / webstore, in placing my order over the phone with him. He gave a 5$ discount on the deal and asked that I tell someone about my experience with the company. Well, how about I tell a few hundred people instead?

I called up on Friday night, the package was ready at UPS on Saturday. I just got my system and hooked it up. I bought the ocean reef 4, a five stage ro/di unit that came with a bunch of accessories. The directions were clean and to the point. I never installed one before but found myself right at home.

One thing that impressed me a lot was they mentioned an extra elbow would be send along, just in case one broke off in shipping. Well guess what, one did. So that little bit of foresight and good customer service paid off for both of us. Big ups to them for that.

There's more, but all in all they have good customer service and a nice product to boot. It is my recommendation you check them out if you're considering an ro/di unit. My experience was great and they only work on word of mouth for marketing.

Yes, he is a very good friend of mine and he even started up three reef clubs. He just started this busniess recently because he was tired of the customer services and rip-offs from others.
