Mikejrice, currently I'm running a single Maxi-Jet 1200 on my aquarium to provide flow. I'm definitely going to purchase an EcoTech Marine MP10 with a Battery Backup system. I might even purchase two. I have always been a long time supporter of EcoTech Marine and their products.

if the trouble you have taken thus far in your build thread, is replicated when you do build your reef - which Im pretty certain it will be

there will certainly be some great pictures to look forward to

    Custome Wooden Cabinetry

I wanted an aquarium in my bedroom/office and even thought it's there it stick out like a sore thumb. My bedroom/office is Blue with White Furniture, so I decided to build my own Custom Cabinetry to enclose the aquarium in that I could paint to match the furniture in the bedroom/office as wel as to hide equipment and provide an area for mounting/hiding equipment in. This project will be down slowly so I can have time to fabricate all the pieces necessary.

Jakeh24, it is just a nifty little work from one of Leonardo's DaVinci's greatest pieces of artwork, the Vitruvian Man.

If you want more space for your nano I believe that a Protein Skimmer (especially one that big) is not a necessity. I had a smaller one in my tank the first year until it was producing too many bubbles in my tank so I took it out. My tank, two years older since pulling out the skimmer, has never looked better.
