Pulled a piece of rock to gently clean some red slime from it and the bottom of the rock started crawling out of my hand! EWWWWW, needless to say I dropped the rock to the sink, (new to this hobby and I know some stuff stings), I then gently brushed fiji rock under lukewarm water and came up with a strainer full of these. Larvae? I know if one rock has this many then I am screwed if they are bad! Thanks!

(90 Gal tank, 3 damsels, 1 cleaner shrimp, 3 Pepp shrimp, carpet anenome, frogspawn, branch coral, 4 turbo snails, hermit crabs, some long red spindly worm thing I saw try to eat my anenomes silverside once, haven't seen it since, lives in my huge piece of branch rock somewhere.
