    So I went to my LFS; only regular firefish and no shrimp gobies... they even had 2 baby spotted mandarins there; pretty sure there were no pods... Anyway I bought myself an all glass hood and a hermit crab with a peppermint shrimp. Currently drip acclimating; gonna do it for maybe 45 minutes to an hour. Pics will be up after I'm done acclimating them

    I acclimate my stuff at about 30 mins at the most, around 20 mins most times. That's just me though. I try to get the stuff out of the bags as quickly as I can.

    so API shows nitrates between 10 and 20, which is pretty good. time for the actual acclimation

    So I just put in my hermit and peppermint and there doing great! I'll post pics tomorrow since the peppermint is moving around so much lol. he even ate some flake food already! Really active shrimp. He's moving all over the place and I just love him!

    i love peps too also u should be feeding meet foods for the shimp. also i would work to low ur nitrates to about 4 or 5 ins going to be RELLY hard in this tank though
