    yea i dont like the price either but blue zoo aquatics always email me stuff and I was like those are some cool looking fish

    also my tank prob isnt fit for them any way

    I'm not sure I get why they are cool.... well cooler than other lyretails?

    I had an lyretail for 8 years and she died in an ant poison mishap. The female can be very hardy if left as a singleton. It's when you start adding pairs and trios of these guys, that they tend to die one by one.

    Yea, I didn't know this until after they died. Next time i see one that is eating prepared foods I will try one last time.

    Take a look at David Saxby's tank, it's full of anthias.

    The tank is also well established and has plenty of food in the rock and floating around to keep them all fed. That is the downfall of anthias. Keeping them fed...

    I don't understand why some people think his tank is amazing. It is pretty, but a lot of the fun of this hobby is doing stuff in or around the tank. To me, his tank is proof that if you have unlimited funds you can have a tank like you see in aquariums. I'd rather have my 75 and constantly being able to do stuff to it than have a 1200gallon tank w/ 3700 gallons of water and everything automated.
