Clown #1 - Contracted a weird disease from another fish(RIP)
Clown #2 - Suicidal (jumped RIP)
Clown #3 - Clownfish Disease (RIP)
Clown #4 - Doing fine until a few hours ago. ??? (RIP)

On the plus side, everyone else is happy.....I think.

What's going on here? Is my tank just cursed?

I havent had any issues with my tank in a long while and today both my P. mccoskeri and C. potteri jumped to their deaths. I think my sixline is guilty of harassing them til they jumped since he has gotten attitude lately. Hell he even attacks my hand when I clean the tank now.

I rearranged the rocks again to see if he calms down some but I guess Im gonna get a fang blenny to teach him a lesson about picking on fish, I mean as grave as it sound I been waiting of a natural death to occur so I could add one.

All except for the last one...I decided to go a different route since the first three didn't work out.

The big thing is........ I love clowns!! But as you can see from my signature, I don't have the light power to have an anenomie (sp) for a clown to host. 30W max without doing a major rewiring job to the tank top..........can't even do a hairy mushroom with that.

Water params are optimal....shoot, the coral beauty is loving the tank! So is the blenny.

I just don't get why the clown's are dying off.

Well, trying to make light of the subject...

you may not be able to keep a hairy mushroom but you can probably...I'll emphasize that...probably keep a plastic one :p

I may have asked you this already but are you getting your clowns from the same supplier/lfs?

Yep. He keeps all of his tanks medicated so stuff like this won't happen. He's been really cool about giving me credit for the last two that died. He also told me to put my latest victim in the freezer so he could have a look at the gills when we go back in.

We seem to be the only customer with this problem.
