I was at the LFS about 2 weeks ago for some sort of sand sifting goby. I ended up going with 2 Yellow Headed Sleeper Gobies. I watched them for a while and had them fed. However, yesterday, I noticed something that I hadn't noticed in the store. They are extraordinarily thin. They have been eating frozen food and flake voraciously for about two weeks now since I got them. Is the outlook grim or should they be okay?

Do you mean thinner then when you got them, or that they are just thin?

Look for a pic online of them and compare. I don't know if you should be worried though. If you feed them normally they should be OK.

As long as they are eating they should be fine. Although there are some parasites that cause the fish to become thinner and thinner even when they eat all of the time. Just monitor them
