think i killed my firefish

    yea thats why im going to leave the rocks where they are so if i did do damage i wont cause anymore, im just really hoping he's hiding :( i really liked that fish and he wasnt cheap

    I wouldnt go netting when the new wrasse is in the tank, will freak it out even more :|

    true, maybe ill just wait things out and see how he reacts to the new wrasse, im hoping that he's as big as i think he's going to be, well at least compared to my other fish and not get picked on, and it pisses me off that my chromis is still picking on my wrasse

    oh and 2 hours now, and no sign of my firefish :(

    hmmm good idea, ill go do that, although as soon as its lights out my firefish goes straight to bed inside the rocks

    Rules for fish keeping:
    1. Don't tinker.
    2. Leave the fish alone
    3. if you don't want a fish anymore to bad you won't catch it even if you take all the rock and water out of the tank
    4. Don't harass the fish...they can wedge themselves into areas that they can't escape from.
    5. Follow rules 1 through 4 strictly after a new fish has been added.
    6. Refer to rule 1.

    p.s. he will come out eventually. My 6-line hid for a few hours one night after remodeling his house.

    good tips.

    i think if my fish is really hiding he wont come out until tomorrow morning, and probably not even then because my new wrasse is arriving early in the morning but im hoping he's ok

    Remember, firefish are shy in nature anyway. Just relax and go to bed.
