Thinking about a 75 or 90 gallon reef ready tank- what skimmer?

    mine can either be "in sump or tank" the main housing sits outside the tank and the pump is inside tank it's a HOB (hang on back)

    i have a lifereef skimmer svs24 on my 75 they can be hob or sump

    I like the Aqua C Remora and then ASM or Deltec would be my next options. as far as cost is concerned, I'm getting a ASM rated for a 500gallon for under $280. IMO not a bad price.

    How much money do you want to spend on a skimmer? If less than $250, I would recommend an Octopus skimmer or a turbofloater. If you want a no hassle set and forget skimmer go with an aqua-c ev-120 or 180 depending upon the size of your tank. Both will work for 125g or less.
