Thanks Hermano. I love peninsula and 4 sided tanks. The way I am redoing my house sets up perfectly for it so I somehow convinced the wife to go for it lol. This project will be a little slow going for a bit because like I said we are remodeling so there are other projects going on at the same time(drywalling , ceiling work, flooring, etc) But plans are to get a stand built and a tank on it plumbed and ready to go. Then slowly make the transition from my 150 to the new tank. New lighting, sump, skimmer, pumps is gonna have to be in the works. I can't really use much out of my 150 other than the rock. But I am still on a budget of sorts. Lighting is going to be a challenge because I do not want a canopy. I was thinking about hanging pendants from the ceiling but it is like 13 feet high at that point. I'll start a build thread as soon as I get it going

Sounds good. Well, if you want a built-in look you could build your stand as part of the wall and have a false wall above each side of the tank. This would hide help your lighting. For the stand, you are planning on dry-walling & building some walls you said, so why not plan the tank stand as part of it. Just leave openings so you can still have storage under the tank. Then dry-wall around it.

If you have not already done so, read Otty's 265 gallon peninsula build...

My 120 gallon peninsula is also a 24 wide by 24 tall...chosen for lighting support of the corals...
