the sump you picked is way over priced, I would just make you own or pic a different one.
also be sure you pay attention to the foot print size of the skimmer, it needs to fit in your sump(I would pick your sump based on the skimmer).

The light seems ok, but you will probably want a high kelvin bulb to make up for the fact there aren't actinics.
Really the best thing you could probably do is retrofit you lighting, but that requires you making a wood canopy/hood.

also if you would consider it I would go with a 40 gallon breeder, that is a good starting size its big enough you won't feel you don't have any fish but small enough its managable.

As stated you can save some money by building your own sump and honestly I would invest in a better skimmer your going to be disappointed with that model. And the skimmer is the bread and butter of the syste so I always justify buying a good one. Just my opinion though

I agree with this. It's easier to start big and you will want more than a few fish in the end anyways. At petco they are only $40 so price shouldn't be an issue, besides maybe getting a stand for it...

What do you plan on putting in your tank?

I don't want to say its impossible to do the 20 long, but many people starting out get so excited about everything, they just buy stuff and end up overstocked relatively quick, and that won't be good for your sps.
