    ditto, on the sailfin. easiest to keep out of the ones you listed.
    i've got a sohol, vlamangi,sailfin, and yellow eyed cole, in my 210.

    I agree the salfin tang is your best bet but if your into the challenge get the powder blue. oh and i stressed out my salfin tang trying to catch anothe fish i wanted to get rid of and he gets ick on and off he just seems to fight it pretty well.:)

    Salfin tang like i said unless you like the challenge of a more sensative one.

    the key to keeping a tang, is a cleaner wrasse, no doubt about it. the only thing is, it's hard to find one that will also eat food. i'm on my 3rd, and finally have one that not only cleans all my fish, but eats the cubes i feed my fish.
    get one, they're worth thier weight in gold, and a cute lil' guys, to boot.

    There's nothing wrong with getting a sailfin so long as he knows that in a few years he'll have to part with it. Good luck with which ever you choose. (I've always been partial to purple tangs;))
