Ooh, is that pork? ^ It looks delicious, but not the meatloaf I am used to. :)

    Thanks Seano,

Just thick strip bacon on top, the rest is 80/20 hamburger, with bread crumbs, mushrooms, lipton onion soup mix and 3 eggs.

Even though it's not winter yet I have a craving for some heavy foods.

    :)

that's true, with any venomous snake, especially inland tiapans which are the most venomous snakes in the world! They make you bleed to death which takes 20-30 minutes:eek::sick:

It's more of a casserole, lazy way.

    8 inch floor tortillas
Medium Enchilada sauce/pour can of diced green chilies in sauce.
Crock pot a lot of chicken thighs with enchilada packet mix, onions and cilantro.
    Jack and cheddar cheese.
    Sliced black olives.

Once the chicken cooks it basically falls a part.
Just layer tortillas (in round casserole dish) chicken, cheese, olives, cilantro, onions and pour over some enchilada sauce on each layer and the top.

Back for 20-30 min at 325. Sour cream to top.

    :)
