    Greetings reefers...
    30 gallon @ 8 months old
ok... I put in new lights 7/22 (MH @ 5 Hrs a day)...new cpr fuge w/ LR and Cheato 7/23 (reverse daylight .approx 9hrs on)..new Fluval 405 (running @ about 1/3) on 7/29.....EVERTHING is wonderful...more than EVER...except..I am getting more chit on my glass than ever! every day I must clean it...not crazy, but just the brown haze appears, and my mag cleaner wipes it out in one swipe...but if I left it for a couple of daze...I think it would be out of control in no time....never had this problem before...but I added 3 things in a row so I canot pin it down to one thing.....my bad.
got a good cleaning crew (working like nuts on the glass)and my params are in order.
BTW...I'm watching my fuge start to get funky...will this/should this improve my situation..or....

    thanx,
    Ya'all

How is your flow. How many powerheads do you have running including your return? I want your total GPH in the tank.

I have 2 korilla 1's one upper right side one lower left side...protien skimmer on the left and the fuge input on the right ...and the fuge output right above the skimmer intake(so I dont have alot of skimmer action since the fuge)...the fuge is turned down as low as I can without the motor rattleing....I would say I got alot of flow for a small tank.
check out my pictures..it should help you with what I have.
    Thanx pj

Why stop at 55? I thought your flow might need increasing but it seems good. So much for that.

Are the Korillas pointed at the front glass? Maybe a local increase in flow will stop the slime from building up.

You could always feed her the line that larger tanks are easier to take care of. Thus less loss, thus more money saved, thus cheaper all around!!!!! Let me know if she buys it. Mine didn't.
