This is a message for all the GIRLS OUT THERE.

well for your age, it is probably easiest to ask them to go bowling/skating/school sporting events for a time or two.
from there, if things go well, you can ask her to the movies. After that you are okay to ask her to your house to hang out.
It is always better for your age group to hang out with the opposite sex in groups (at least at first) to ease any awkwardness that may arise. also, it is beneficial because everyone as a whole can interact and this makes for a more fun and memorable time=makes you look better. Additionally, group things make setting up, asking, and keeping the plans easier.
Once she hangs out with you at your house/her house then your pretty much golden.
Make sure you read her body language and unconscious orientations/movements because that will always tell you 100% what she wants.

Dont worry, it will get much easier once you get a few years older and you will also pick up some good skills.
