At this point I really dont think it matters. The tank has only been up for like 6 weeks, might not be a bad idea to take out the live rock and replace the crushed coral with sand. Just seed it with either a bag of live sand or a cup or 2 of established sand from a healthy tank. Then leave it alone for at least a month before adding in any fish or corals.

Alright thank you. +K You don't think I need to add like a shrimp to start the cycle do you?

Also, can I add my lie rock in immediately? Or should I wait a week?

Add in the live rock as soon as the dust clears from the sand, some like to put the rock in first then the sand for stability . . . do it however want. There shouldn't be much of a cycle, just let everything sit and cook for a while before attempting any fish. Also, hold off on any delicate inverts, like cleaner shrimp, until your confident the tank is somewhat mature and stable (at least a few months).
