    i know corals spawn although i have never seen it, just about to do a water change this afternoon when i notice this going on....

    any ideas please..??

    Very cool, what coral is that?

    Looks like the fish are liking it. Looks very similar to when stomatella spawn.

    thats the thing there is no coral that i know of there, thats coming out of some live rock, (sorry i should have explained that)

    the fish was going crazy around it trying to eat it..;D

    Ahhh then it could very well be stomatella, looks exactly like that as well as a couple other snails I can think of like turbo. Yup fish love the stuff.

    well it was quite exciting to watch, when i get home from working away this week i will do a video of the full tank, it being 5ft long i can never get a good photo, at least any plankton eaters in my reef get a special fresh treat tonight.... ;D
