Ive had this LED flashlight for a while and its super powerful, rated 125 lumen.

Now I was wondering is there a way to figure out the temperature in kelvin?

I have a little 2 gallon hex laying around and I was thinking maybe i could light it with a couple of these which has a much better color than its original lighting...i would probably just unscrew the heads and solder the power straight to the heads instead or something along those lines....i could figure out the exact electrical part at a later part. now i know they would light the tank up fine for a fish only and maybe put a micro fish in there or a couple peppermint shrimp or something. what i would want to know is there anyway to figure out the temperature in kelvin of the bulbs they seem like a pure white which i think is like 5500k but i would want to know the exact colors and if it was capable maybe put a couple small zoas in it.

not a definite build just a small tank i have laying around which would be interesting as a little pico tank or something.

by the way this is the flashlight

Very interesting question and that seems like a good idea. I would PM member 2in10 and ask your question.
